Remote Government Insuring Specialist
Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Government Insuring Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor Insuring reports to prioritize loans to be endorsed
- Analyze and review appropriate documents
- Manage the entries to Government Insured report
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 3 years Government Loans processing experience
- Previous mortgage banking experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Ability to recognize and work with Government Lending documents: FHA/VA
