A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Government Programs Formulary and Trend Management Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the strategy and development of formularies
- Monitoring and evaluating complex pharmacy data
- Fostering solid partnerships with key business cross-functional teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Registered pharmacist with a license in good standing within a US State or Territory OR equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience applying advanced analytical skills
- 10+ years of Managed Care pharmacy experience specific to Medicare Part D formulary development
- 5+ years of experience in negotiating with pharma
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team
- Experience within a matrixed team environment to deliver objectives within an established timeline
