Job Summary
A government services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Government Service Desk Technician I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reimage devices and restore user data
- Prepare and install client hardware, software, and peripheral devices; including mobile devices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required
- One (1) to three (3) years of on-site Service Desk experience
