A healthcare concierge company has an open position for a Remote Government Solutions Licensed Practical Nurse Clinical Coordinator in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Outreaching to beneficiaries as they engage their healthcare services
- Leveraging all forms of communication to engage via the channel
- Guiding beneficiaries to resources to educate them on their specific health conditions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Work from home remotely up to 3 days a week out of your 5-day work schedule
- Minimum of 3 years as an recent active LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse with a current unrestricted Georgia license
- Ability to pass Federal Government background check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
