Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Government Solutions Order Processing Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing order processing for all sales transactions
  • Providing vendor specific advice to the sales force
  • Following up with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient with all computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with sales software such as CRM or ERP systems
  • Ability to handle multiple demand, competing priorities and rapid change
  • Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 processes and procedures
  • Ability to communicate with customers, prospects and vendors
