Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Government Solutions Order Processing Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing order processing for all sales transactions
- Providing vendor specific advice to the sales force
- Following up with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient with all computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Previous experience with sales software such as CRM or ERP systems
- Ability to handle multiple demand, competing priorities and rapid change
- Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 processes and procedures
- Ability to communicate with customers, prospects and vendors
