Job Summary
A corporate travel management firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Government Travel Operations Associate Manager in Pensacola.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing an agent team who secures worldwide government travel
- Overseeing all itineraries and verifying reservations for accuracy
- Assisting Manager with departmental goals as well as leading team meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to conduct staff and training meetings; good client presentation skills
- Previous customer service experience
- 5 years of experience as a Government Agent
- Knowledge of Conflict Resolution Education & Experience Requirements
- Willing to work varying shifts from 6:30 AM-8:30 PM CST as well as after hours and weekends
- Full working knowledge of Fly America, Open Skies and Federal Travel Regulations
