Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Government Underwriter 2.
Must be able to:
- Assess overall risk of each loan
- Clear all conditions
- Underwrite submitted loan files to agency and investor guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- More than three years of government underwriting experience
- FHA - DE (Direct Endorsement) certification required
- Ability to build relationships with customers, sales and internal groups
- High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required
