Job Summary
A financial institution is seeking a Remote Government Underwriting Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviews underwriter decisions for quality and proper conditioning
- Coaches and mentor's staff and customers on how to improve their quality
- Assists internal and external customers to resolve loan-level issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Mastery of guidelines and investor requirements for both FHA and VA
- 5+ years of government underwriting experience
- Ability to analyze risk and make alternative recommendations
