Job Summary

A provider of transportation software has a current position open for a Remote Grants Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting development and implementation of process with department leadership to identify and analyze institutional funding prospects
  • Successfully project managing and contributing to the development and submission of clear and compelling asks to new and existing funders, meeting all necessary deadlines and requirements
  • Successfully project manage development and submission of reports that meet funder requirement and demonstrating significant progress;

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of grants administration experience in all aspects of proposal development, review, and management in an academic / hospital/ university or granting agency
  • Past experience working in a distributed team environment
  • Proven knowledge of federal, state and/or community funding sources and mechanisms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of grant funding policies and procedures and applicable local, state, federal and university regulations
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of intellectual property rights laws, guidelines, and policies
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of computer-aided research administration systems
