Job Summary
A management consulting agency is seeking a Remote Grants Management Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring staff understand their duties and are aware of performance expectations and deadlines
- Planning, executing, monitoring and modifying the work and processes via a detailed plan; assume responsibility for deliverables and results
- Overseeing smooth transition of all Head Start grants specialist roles from existing regional OHS structure to national OGM structure
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ensure timely and accurate report preparation as required or requested
- Be open to and receive complaints; resolve problems and involve senior leaders and Human Resources as needed or required
- Able to track and manage all work-related activities, timelines, resources, outcomes, etc
