Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Grassroots Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive local and state grassroots advocacy campaigns
- Recruit, train & develop volunteers, through a variety of internal & external channels, implementing recognition programs for volunteers
- Drive volunteer fundraising in the state
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, computer, and social media skills required
- Highly organized orientation and time management skills required
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects a& to work independently with minimum direction & work as a member or leader of a team
