Job Summary

A Software Development Company is filling a position for a Remote GRC Technical Risk Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Represent GitHub’s culture, tone, and spirit of partnership with our vendors and technology partners as a key function of day to day work
• Document, organize, and track complex mitigation planning activities that result from product and feature risk assessments
• Collaborate with peers to surface problem areas and potential blockers early-on

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years prior work experience in technical risk management, information security, audit and/or compliance efforts
• 1+ years prior work experience with the review of systems and solutions
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to and recommend adjustments to workflows
• Proven communication skills and ability to understand the value and drivers behind adjusting style and tone to audience
• Comfortable level with written communication, use of chat tools and asynchronous communication skills
