Job Summary

Providing effective telephonic interpreting, the remote Greek Interpreter will handle inbound calls on demand, facilitating communication for the Limited English Proficient community while ensuring adherence to professional standards and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting services
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
• Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and maintain confidentiality standards

Required qualifications

• Full fluency in both English and Greek
• Proficient in technology, including web-based platforms and Microsoft Word
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
• Access to a quiet and secure interpreting space
• Industry-specific certifications or training preferred (e.g., CMI, CCHI)
