A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Grievance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Triaging work effectively to ensure member's issues are appropriately categorized
- Completing data entry and documentation requirements in multiple systems
- Meeting all regulatory and department timelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health care, conflict resolution, or related field
- Superior investigation, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of insurance products, policies, procedures, claims process
- Strong computer, analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate this information to members, providers, employers, and external agencies clearly and concisely
