Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Grievances and Appeals Representative.

  • Investigating and resolving member and practitioner issues
  • Assisting members and providers to investigate and resolve grievances and appeals

Required Skills:

  • 1 - 3 years of inbound call center or related customer service experience
  • Strong data entry skills required with the ability to work across multiple software systems
  • Must have experience in the healthcare industry or medical field and have knowledge of medical terminology
