Job Summary
A fianncial company is in need of a Remote Group and Stop Loss Accounting Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the team’s performance ensuring expectations and service standards are met
- Review account reconciliations and journal entries
- Develop a high performing and motivated staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-6 years insurance industry accounting experience
- Able to set direction, monitor performance and initiate and communicate changes in direction
- Detail oriented, organized, the ability to multi-task, and strong time management skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in PC environment and MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
