Job Summary

A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Group Benefit Implementation Learning Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing detailed and effective functional training on applicable processes
  • Delivering technical, industry and management development programs
  • Leading the implementation of learning programs and other projects

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
  • Education Level: Associate's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Group Benefits experience
  • Group Benefits Implementation experience required
  • Ability to design, develop, accurately edit and update training materials
