A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Group Benefit Implementation Learning Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing detailed and effective functional training on applicable processes
- Delivering technical, industry and management development programs
- Leading the implementation of learning programs and other projects
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
- Education Level: Associate's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Group Benefits experience
- Group Benefits Implementation experience required
- Ability to design, develop, accurately edit and update training materials
- Working familiarity with MS Office Required (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
