Job Summary

A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Group Benefits Client Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining all areas of the customer-specific records
• Actively supporting the renewal process in collaboration with the CRM roles
• Managing performance guarantee data gathering, reconciliation and customer reporting

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
• College degree or equivalent work
• Knowledge of employee benefits products
• Demonstrates effective team relationships across organizational lines
• Demonstrates customer / audience "empathy" and understanding
• Proficient with widely utilized Microsoft applications
