Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Group Benefits Service Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide back up support when needed to other Service Consultants and Client Consultants
  • Actively support the CRA with customer’s enrollment materials
  • Assist in resolution of customer requests in conjunction with operations partners

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must reside within commuting distance to an office
  • 1 year of Disability and Life Group Benefit experience
  • Strong knowledge of Group Insurance terms, provisions and administration
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once
