Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Group Benefits Service Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide back up support when needed to other Service Consultants and Client Consultants
- Actively support the CRA with customer’s enrollment materials
- Assist in resolution of customer requests in conjunction with operations partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must reside within commuting distance to an office
- 1 year of Disability and Life Group Benefit experience
- Strong knowledge of Group Insurance terms, provisions and administration
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once
