Job Summary
An insurance and benefits provider has a current position open for a Remote Group Enrollment Specialist .
Must be able to:
- Screen customer requests for all enrollment and evidence of insurability methods to ensure compliance with contractual provisions and risk rules
- Attain individual/team productivity goals without compromising accuracy, service, or the privacy of our customers
- Prepare/format and process electronic enrollments and evidence of insurability to ensure coding to administrative system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated strength in time management skills; ability to prioritize
- Strong knowledge of functional area, processes and supporting systems including an understanding of how their functions relate to other operational processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional organizational skills
