Job Summary
A non-profit literacy education organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Group Facilitator for Young Adult Parents.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing and mentoring Alumni Facilitator during sessions
- Helping student parents to promote their children’s healthy development and early literacy
- Attending weekly team meetings and prepare debriefing reports for each week
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A dynamic youth-oriented facilitator to lead two virtual classes a week
- Passionate advocate for education as a key social justice strategy
- Have a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and community-based organizing
- Cmmitted to collaboration and innovation to empower women to be agents of change in their communities
