Job Summary

A multinational insurance and banking firm is filling a position for a Remote Group Retirement Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Professionally handling incoming 800# calls
  • Maintaining product and procedure knowledge
  • Following administration guidelines

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment and Financial Markets
  • Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding
  • Ability to develop product line processes and strategies
  • Associate degree
  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service delivered via telephone
