Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Group Sales Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling all company supplied leads in a polite and courteous manner, and in accordance with sales guidelines
  • Accurately booking and confirming vacation reservations in a timely manner
  • Negotiating and blocking group space with vendors

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years’ experience of travel sales and service experience with proven ability to build customer relationships in a customer-facing environment and/or commissioned based position
  • Assertive closing skills to overcome objections and drive sales, and ability to delight customers
  • Proven attendance track record of reliability and punctuality
  • Amazing phone presence and ability to communicate through all mediums
  • Project a positive attitude and enthusiasm for travel; after all, we’re selling fun
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
