Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Group Underwriting Consulting Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting case reviews for select NAO size cases prior to release via identified criteria
  • Providing expert guidance and consultation on complex cases
  • Supporting the knowledge management team per technical underwriting concept

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10+ years strong technical background in group insurance Life and/or Disability underwriting
  • 10+ years skilled at interpreting and communicating financial business drivers
  • Ability to understand complex case characteristics
  • Strong leadership skills to influence culture and drive desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated passion for talent excellence
