A travel company is in need of a Remote Groups and Meetings Head in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking full responsibility for the Groups and Meetings strategy and target
- Having accountability for the Groups proposition
- Leading decision-making on investments in collaboration with Product and Technology colleagues
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience in hotel group sales, meeting and planning corporation
- Proven track record within the groups and meetings, MICE, SMERF market
- Strong financial, KPI reporting and planning abilities
- Drive relevant data sets and deliver actionable information to the assigned customer base
- Must be very articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can lead and multi-task
- A high level of personal energy
