Job Summary
An enterprise resource planning company is filling a position for a Remote Grow Professional Services Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing new clients by helping them prep data and create dashboards
- Teaching BI and Data best practices to ensure long-term success
- Interacting with members of cross-functional teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to think analytically, to evaluate and solve complex and unique customer problems
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Attention to detail as you work on multiple projects concurrently for different clients
- Knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, and API Connections (HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Previous use of a Business Intelligence Tool (Grow, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc.)
