Job Summary
An internet learning technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Growth and Acquisition Director in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting, hiring and leading a paid acquisition team responsible for the website, paid search, social, affiliates and any additional new paid channels
- Overseeing multi million dollar acquisition spend, continuously optimizing for improved CaC and LTV
- Developing reporting that provides transparency in both subscription and budget performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years working in a fast paced growth company leading a paid acquisition and growth team, with website ownership
- 3+ years in people management experience
- Demonstrated performance-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and developing and learning through experimentation
- Ability to build high performing teams and driving data-driven optimization and investment decisions
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sigma (or other data and visualization tools) and an ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description
