An artificial intelligence software company is seeking a Remote Growth and Retention Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reporting on centralized metrics that create accountability across teams
- Mapping ideal customer journey and adoption paths for multi-product sellers
- Creating and testing data-driven hypotheses to improve journeys and campaigns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of data-driven lifecycle marketing experience at companies with complex product ecosystems
- Ability to develop creative solutions around technical or resource limitations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior leaders
- Partner with sales-ops, customer success, and sales to develop transparent communication frameworks
- Work in tandem with marketing and sales leadership to identify cross-product opportunities
- Create a cohesive customer lifecycle marketing strategy
