Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Growth Designer in Redwood City.
Must be able to:
- Contribute to the strategy and decision-making for customer acquisition
- Design and iterate using data and a/b testing
- Perform analyses and provide recommendations for optimization of the conversion funnel
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of experience as a designer working within agencies, marketing, or growth teams
- Track record of delivering highly optimized experiences that drive engagement and conversions
- Demonstrable core design skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, and color
- End-to-end experience with all aspects of the design process from conception through delivery
- Experience working empathetically and collaboratively across different teams and disciplines
- Strong understanding of quantitative data tools and how to use them in concert with qualitative research
