Job Summary
A network of consumer product brands targeted toward men is in need of a Remote Growth Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing Performance Marketing, including all paid marketing channels, across two established brands as well as new brands
- Managing performance in existing marketing channels, including Paid Social, Google, Affiliate, against budget and CAC goals
- Developing strategies and partner and agency relationships to enter new channels
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 8 years of paid marketing experience across multiple channels, including Paid Social, Google, Affiliate, TV/CTV
- Marketing Hands-on experience and strong familiarity with major marketing platforms, including Facebook and Google
- Proven success at implementing optimization strategies to grow scale and improve marketing ROI
- Experience with bringing on & managing marketing agencies as well as in-housing marketing capabilities & leading internal teams
- Familiarity with technical aspects of marketing, including understanding the basic concepts & pitfalls behind campaign tracking, etc
