Job Summary
An identity and authentication platform has an open position for a Remote Growth Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting, mentoring and leading a team of growth engineers
- Investigating launched feature performances
- Automating and optimizing processes to support scaling growth team initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years in Engineering and/or MarTech with experience in full stack web development
- 3+ years managing Engineering/MarTech teams
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage high performing technical teams
- A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions
