A software company is in need of a Remote Growth Lead Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Understand the broader company growth goals and ensure your team is working on what will move the needle
• Build consensus and drive productive cross-functional collaboration on growth ideas
• Lead a pod of Engineers with an outcome-oriented mindset throughout the entire product lifecycle

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• A growth mindset and significant experience working in a growth capacity
• Ability to roll up your sleeves, move quickly, and achieve outcomes in short time
• Deep user empathy and experience with user research
