Job Summary
A career education company is in need of a Remote Growth Marketing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning and running student acquisition marketing initiatives
- Continually researching and testing into new acquisition strategies
- Measuring, testing, and improving the efficacy of our student referral program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior success — you have at least 3 years experience in a growth or acquisition marketing capacity
- Passion — you have an excellent knowledge of content creation and distribution
- Creativity — you’re able to develop new ideas and find interesting ways to reach our target customers
- Willingness to take risks — you aren’t afraid to take chances and know when it's appropriate to take risks
- Communication skills — you are a natural storyteller and have outstanding written communication skills
- Organizational skills — you’re able to juggle multiple initiatives with ease
