Job Summary
A digital sports collectible company has a current position open for a Remote Growth Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing large-scale digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Connected TV, and DSPs
- Managing paid acquisition across all existing and new marketing channels, with accountability for CAC and CLV goals
- Clearly understanding and optimizing conversion funnels, from initial lead capture through conversion.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of digital marketing expertise
- Proven track record of successfully managing acquisition budgets and taking a company through an intense growth period
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated appetite for problem-solving and a love for fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- Ability to employ data-driven strategies to build and execute digital testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency, and channel mix
- Ability to grow and improve performance across channels, with a focus on scaling new customer acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and customer quality-based CAC goals
