Job Summary

A real estate software developer is filling a position for a Remote Growth Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Achieving monthly user and lead growth goals across all user acquisition channels.
• Owning growth analytics including development and tracking of key KPIs
• Identifying and rapidly testing new growth channels, such as TikTok, SEM, lifecycle marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3-5 years experience in paid media / growth marketing with experience across various paid marketing channels
• Hands-on experience launching, managing and scaling campaigns on Facebook.
• Ability to blend strategic vision with strong operational skills to drive efficiencies and growth
