Qualifications for this position include:
- A marketing enthusiast with 3+ years of hands-on digital experience running growth marketing strategies
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Have experience working with Creative and Technical teams autonomously to enable successful growth strategies
- Experience with segmentation strategy, A/B testing, open rate, CRM and conversion-driven communication
- Experience in managing non-paid channels
- Experience with Growth experimentation methodologies and attribution models
