A food and beverage company has a current position open for a Remote Growth Marketing Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage and build a world class growth team (blend of internal and agency)
• Create systems and processes for growth process and testing
• Gather and report customer insights that are actionable for product and brand teams

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years experience in growth, product management, or performance marketing at a fast-growing consumer business
• Proven track record of increasing growth and conversion metrics across multiple channels
• Core understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and decision making
• Comfortable working in a dynamic growth startup environment
• Ability to swiftly make decisions with inconclusive data and where no precedence exists
