A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Growth Operations Director in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Design and implement incentive programs that reward high performance, aligning key success inputs with overall business objectives
- Act as the focal point for operating, maintaining and improving the growth processes, templates & tools
- Design, build, enhance, and own weekly and monthly operational reporting
