Job Summary
An education technology development company is seeking a Remote Growth Product Design Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving UX Research behind work to determine the best solutions and iterate on these solutions
- Encouraging a creative process and design culture of curiosity and openness that knows when to explore broadly, but is attentive to details
- Creating on brand Product Design work relevant to Monetization, price testing, introducing new plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 1 year managing multiple designers
- At least 4+ years of product design experience with consumer-facing products
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with getting features and products out the door
- Experience navigating process and strategy in product design and development
- Proven effectiveness partnering with engineering organizations to deliver best-in-class design-intensive product experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to create alignment across multiple creative teams, marketing, product and engineering
