A marketplace for investing in single-family rental homes has an open position for a Remote Growth Product Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Hiring, managing, and developing a growth-focused team including product, design, and data
• Defining, measuring, and reporting on key growth metrics
• Reporting to the VP of Owner Services as you collaborate cross-functionally

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software product management in a fast-paced company
• 3+ years managing people and leading a growth-oriented product team
• Bachelor’s degree
• Have hustle and a track record of impact
• Are results-oriented and combine data with market and user insights to inform your efforts
• Have experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while maximizing lifetime value
