Job Summary
A life insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Growth Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning engagement initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and in-app
- Building and mentoring a team of PMs, scaling best practices, documentation, and processes, when appropriate, across the org
- Creating a clear and compelling medium and long-term vision for growth of the product you own and developing a roadmap to realize that vision
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8-10 years experience building consumer-facing products with clear, demonstrated results
- A STEM undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated growth mindset by living and breathing experimentation, data analysis, and a ruthless focus on impact
- Ability to work closely with Design, Marketing, Analytics and Engineering to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
- Demonstrated deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
- Experience managing product teams and integrating a diverse set of partners and processes into a cohesive product
