Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Growth Software Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding our current customer base, collecting data on why they are signing up
  • Working in collaboration with the data, research, CX, design, engineering and marketing teams
  • Implementing strategies to optimize the initial customer onboarding process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience managing growth development teams
  • Skilled at leveraging quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience with user testing, A/B testing, and product experimentation
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools
  • Experience with analytics tools such Amplitude, Mode, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to effectively lead teams
