Job Summary

A digital marketing and advertising agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Growth Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and collaborating on campaign strategies while working with our creative partners to create beautiful images and excellent copy
• Executing ongoing experimentation of messaging, offer and creative, and using performance data and experiential knowledge to draft new experiments
• Managing multiple client timelines and deliverables while communicating and escalating speed bumps and delays with internal and external partners

Qualifications Include:

• Experience planning and executing direct-response paid media campaigns on paid online platforms
• The ability to execute highly targeted audience research and building
• Comfort owning, reporting, and communicating client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
• The ability to develop hypotheses, organize recommendations, and be comfortable sharing with the internal team
• Being familiar with Ads Managers such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain
• Being familiar with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce
