Job Summary

A developer of a social messaging app is in need of a Remote Growth Strategy Marketer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and build effective growth strategies
  • Measure, analyze, adjust and react quickly to the success and failure of strategies
  • Provide detailed reporting on the successes and failures to internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Experience leveraging mature and emerging growth channels
  • Strong understanding of applicable growth models like Pirate Metrics
  • Master’s degree in MS in Statistics or related quantitative field
  • Well versed in analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, New Relic)
  • Ability to efficiently design and execute A/B testing and multivariate experiments
