Job Summary
A shared continuous integration and continuous delivery platform has a current position open for a Remote GTM Recruiting Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing, hiring and developing a team of full cycle recruiters
- Employeeing a democratic leadership style to engage and inspire your team
- Ensuring recruiting team is on target to achieve quarterly hiring goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in the SaaS space, ideally GTM roles
- 1+ years managing a high performing team
- An understanding of the value of a diverse and inclusive company
- An analytical mind when uncovering roadblocks in the hiring process and looking at conversion rates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent listening skills
- The ability to stay a step ahead to continue optimizing recruiting processes
