A hospitality and rental company has a current position open for a Remote Guest Experience Billing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping create new billing processes
- Contributing to high guest satisfaction scores
- Taking ownership of daily audit and billing resolution processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Department get-togethers (online and in-person)
- At least one year of experience in an administrative, night / sales audit, AR or billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Stripe
