Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Experience Planner (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of guest needs and make arrangements for services such as transportation and reservations
• Provide information about local attractions, events, and hotel facilities
• Establish contacts with local merchants and service providers to enhance guest experiences

Required Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English
• Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions
• Possess a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
