Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, SMS, and chat
• Assist guests with app and website navigation, account setup, and appointment booking
• Connect guest feedback with internal teams and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume B2C technology business
• Experience with Zendesk for at least 2 years
• Ability to work at least one weekend day and flexible shifts
• Technically proficient and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Hospitality-oriented with a passion for health and wellness
