Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Guest Services Representative will manage customer interactions through phone communication, utilizing various software tools to process online sales, returns, and troubleshoot guest inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the company through professional verbal and written interactions with guests
- Coordinate credit approvals and fulfill online orders while providing product recommendations
- Efficiently escalate guest issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a volume call center environment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent typing skills and a clear, professional phone voice
- Ability to maintain a quiet, secure workspace free from distractions
