Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Guest Services Representative will manage customer interactions through phone communication, utilizing various software tools to process online sales, returns, and troubleshoot guest inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company through professional verbal and written interactions with guests
• Coordinate credit approvals and fulfill online orders while providing product recommendations
• Efficiently escalate guest issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a volume call center environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Excellent typing skills and a clear, professional phone voice
• Ability to maintain a quiet, secure workspace free from distractions
