Job Summary
An entertainment and media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Guest Services Representative in Henderson.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contact guests through outbound calls
- Resolve issues affecting guests’ experiences
- Assist inbound queries through calls, chat, social media or email
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year working in a structured environment
- Experience working as a member of a team
- Guest Service experience demonstrating focused engagement over the phone and by email
- Experience in contact center or retail or service industry
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Experience in online shopping and retail
